Frequently Asked Questions

 Where are services provided?
We provide therapy in the child's home. Research shows that working with a child in their natural environment will help the child carry over their skills to their daily activities.

 How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions are 45 minutes long. We use this time to work with the child on their individualized needs and  continue to work to find the best strategies.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. We accept payment through cash, check or card. We can provide documentation and an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We also have resources that may help with the reimbursement process. Out-of-network reimbursements can be higher than an in-network reimbursements. Although reimbursements depend on your insurance provider.

Do parents stay in the same room during the therapy sessions?
Yes, absolutely. We want parents to see the strategies that the therapist uses to help the child.  We know parent involvement is the key to optimize progress.

Why do you need an evaluation before starting services?
An evaluation will allow the therapist to discover the child's strength and weaknesses in depth. It will help guide our goals for therapy.
